Basket weave pattern on base dates it to the 1980s-1990s. Company closed in 1997.
No returns, only ship to USA. It has some power with a little mesh sifter thing and a Stratton powder puff in it ( the powder puff has come apart and is not useable. My apologies, one of the mirror photos shows my iPad reflection in it.
