    Vintage Stanley No. 60 Spokeshave , Improved Design
    - It tool Stanley over 50 years to figure out that the thin cast iron blade keeper was very fragile and would crack if slightly overtightened, hence why there are so many cracked examples. This sweetheart version was made in the 1920's and is not at all common compared to it's earlier version. It features a steel blade keeper and a longer, redesigned, more rigid body
    Condition: All parts are original. 99% japanning remains on the shave.There are no apologies- no chips, cracks, rust or pitting. Blade is nice and sharp.
