There are scratches, scuffs and dirt marks on entire outside.  Handle in place.  Workable latch.  There are rust marks in various places on the outer silver frame and latch.
Inside has areas where the plastic has melted.  Also looks like dried glue in some areas inside.  Blue doors open and close.  One opens and closes more smoothly than the other.  There are two holes in the plastic on the inside bottom of one of the doors.  Please see all photos  -- part of item description.
