    This item is new but is a sample, either for the photo or for a convention.The fabric is a sequin spandex, as much stretch as in a leotard, I am showing the item on models showing other items that are not included, but you can see the variety of colors that look good with it. The item has a waistband that is elastic and 2 working snaps so it can be worn open if you chose.  I am showing photos of the back and the front. This item retails for in adult sizes.
