    Description

    1914 horse blanket large blue seal Federal Reserve Note in High Grade circulated condition, 5-E Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond with the  signatures of White/Mellon, KL#291, Fr.#863
    .  This note has sharp edges, corners, white paper and vivid inks with some embossing of serial numbers on the back.  Although I do not believe this note ever circulated there are two vertical "wallet" folds, more easily seen in the back photo, keeping this from CU.  Pictures show exactly what you are getting.
