FR 122 US "BISON" LEGAL TENDER PCGS 63PPQ! SMALL CU RUN” DEEP EMBOSSING!

"BISON" LEGAL TENDER 1901 PCGS 63PPQ (previous CGC 65). **COMPARE PCGS 63 to the PCGS 66 - SAME TOP MARGINS! **   Graded originally almost  20 years ago by CGC, then about 6 years ago by PCGS Currency.  This note was graded PPQ for the incredible DEEP Embossing!  This piece was purchased originally by me in a CU RUN of 9 pieces in Memphis from an Estate that was previously locked up in a Safety deposit box for 50 years previously (total of 70 years) since was originally put in a safety deposit box.  Gorgeous Small Run of notes, all Unc's!  Three of Four pieces hit CGC 66PQ and PCGS 66PPQ.  If you're a dealer you will know that grading has fluctuated dramatically since this time and we have many examples of PCGS 65's with tighter top margins.  Really feel this note was undergraded at the time (due to political shifts in grading co's) and should be re-submitted with another service for review. jg
