Fan Feet - Virginia Tech Hokies - Platform Heels Pumps - Size 9-1/2. These fabulous Fan Feet Virginia Tech pumps with perp toes are new. They are patent leather. The heels measure approximately 4” but the platform is almost an inch. The retail price is 9. I purchased them from Fan Feet but never wore them. I had bunion surgery and can no longer wear heels. They will be shipped in their original box. They come with an extra set of heel taps.
