Timeless Stitches Simple Fanchon DAY CAP pattern TSA-562.  This is a new, unused pattern in the original factory fold.
From the pattern:  "This pattern is for a cut little day cap in the fanchon or kerchief style. The cap is meant to be worn as a morning or day cap when indoors. It is the perfect head covering for those early morning when you have not had time to completely arrange your hair for the day. This cap was worn from 1855-1865. The basic cap is trimmed with simple eyelet lace but suggestions are include form many other looks for your cap, some of which are shown on the front cover. By leaving the cap plain and creating some pleated ribbons, you can change the look of the cap to correspond with your different outfits."
The pattern calls for the basic cap 1/3 yard of fabric of choice.  This includes fabric for the ruffles.  2/3 yard pre-gathered eyelet lace for ruffle edge.
