You can choose the have holes at the top for hanging or no holes to be free standing.
You can also apply sticky pads to the back for the plaque to stick to walls.
Each plaque can be personalised with:
-An initial
-A name
-Date of birth
-Weight
-Time of birth
-A heart or Star

NOTE: these are NOT done with vinyl's!
We do not supply sticky pads or hanging threads.
We aim to personalise and dispatch your order within 24hrs.
However during the Christmas period (Oct - Dec) it may take 48/72 hours to dispatch.
If you do not send us the personalisation text within 24 hours of purchasing we will cancel your order or send you a plain plaque.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are NOT accepted on personalised items as in line with UK Law!
Delivery
Items will only be sent to the address provided on eBay. Please make sure the address is correct when purchasing. Changes CANNOT be made!
We use Royal Mail for majority of our items. Larger items or heavier bulk items will be sent using Parcel Force. All orders placed will be processed and shipped out the NEXT BUSINESS DAY using Royal Mail 48. You have the option to select Standard or Signed For/Tracked services at the final checkout page. Royal Mail aim to deliver products that are Royal Mail 48 within 2-3 working days with delivery confirmation. Please note that 1st class post is NOT a guaranteed next day service!
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: while we do our best to ship out your items on time, there may on occasion be a delay with the postal service, which is out of our control. If you haven’t received your item on time please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback so we can look into this for you and deal with the problem efficiently.
Returns
If you change your mind and would like to return the product that doesn’t satisfy your needs you can return the item in terms of exchange or a refund. However Returns/refund are NOT accepted on personalised items! It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the postage charge to return it, unless the item is damaged or incorrect to what you had originally ordered. The item should be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If in case the returned item is received damaged to us, the buyer will be responsible for that! So please, make sure the item is packaged securely. You can return the product within 7 working days after receiving your item for a refund. Once the item has been received a refund will be processed!
