This is Freidberg 751, which makes it a Federal Reserve Bank Note from the New York district. This is a perfect note for an circulated type collection. There is no premium for a tough district. PMG has graded this note About Uncirculated 53EPQ. The Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) designation means this note has not been cleaned and pressed or messed with like lots of raw notes on eBay.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
