FIRST DOCTOR With DALEK SUPREME (Daleks' Masterplan)
Thank you for looking! Up for sale is a new, still in the box 1st Doctor and Dalek Supreme action figure set. These figures were released in 2012. This set is now out of print. The set is based on the Season 3 epic story, "The Daleks' Masterplan" from 1965/66.  The figures do not light up and do not make noise. It will be shipped in a box (I don’t use bubble mailers as they don’t protect as well).  Use the auction photos for more information on this figure

CONDITION
Overall condition (Visually Graded): BRAND NEW & SEALED

Figures were never removed by me from packaging. The packaging looks pretty good - just a little surface and corner wear. No cuts or tears.
Please note: Even in the packaging, the figures may still have a little bit of scuffing or even paint blotches.
Please view the auction photos as they are part of the item description. Sometimes figures have minor paint blotches even when they are new and sealed. That's why I go to the trouble of including multiple pictures at different angles for you to judge for yourself. The action figure in the auction photo is the one you will receive (I don't use stock photos). Please note that the photos may show some from reflections from the camera flash and/or the room lights. These are not defects on your item.

SALES TAX (US)
As a result of the June 2018 Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, eBay is required to collect sales tax. Almost all U.S. states now collect sales tax. eBay automatically adds sales tax at checkout, something I have no control over.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
US shipping is available via First Class Mail.
Please note that shipping times WILL take longer during holidays and other national events due to the volume of packages and also due to inclement weather. I will make every effort to ship packages on time, so please take this into consideration when leaving feedback.
COMBINED SHIPPING (Multiple Auction Wins)
No additional cost for each item won within two calendar days.
You will pay the shipping cost on the heaviest weighted item, but any additional items are included at no additional cost. This should happen automatically, but if not please contact me before making payment. I will send out an invoice shortly after the auctions end.  For domestic packages, I may ship in different packages if you purchase dissimilar items or if two first class packages are lesser in cost than one parcel/priority mail package. If you purchase expedited shipping on the heaviest and/or largest item, all of your items would then ship expedited (it wouldn't be fair on my part to downgrade).
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for this specific item. Item must be returned within 30 calendar days upon delivery of item, based on the tracking delivery date from the U.S. Postal Service. The item must be in the same condition it was when it was mailed to receive a full refund (
if you open the box, you will only receive 50% of the original price back
).  Buyer is responsible for the item's safe return just as I was responsible for its safe arrival. Buyer pays shipping (exceptions would be a major mistake on my part).  No returns accepted after 30 calendar days. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
