Fr. 1132-L 0 1918 Large Sized Federal Reserve Note PMG Choice Very Fine.  High Grade.
We have a handful of these very rare high denoms from 1918--1132 and 1133's and we are banking them as you should consider. They are all like 'artwork' and 100 + years old.

to exist in census versus 33 New York and more in Chicago District.

1 1132L is higher on 1132 L. AND ONLY 6 PMG notes graded to date.....In the last 20 years--this note sees an average of less than 1 a year as a District!!!--That's a scarce note! Why it is not in an XF holder is beyond us. It was graded XF when
initially
offered over a decade ago.
Only 5 1132 L's have traded since 2008---and this is highest grade---Compare the value. Only 1 higher....VF 25 have traded for same or more money not nearly as nice.
The last time this note was on the market was 16 years ago when it was a raw XF and this note does have the look of an XF + example. PMG has mentioned
minor
restoration, which we are unable to locate. & It's not a NET grade-- See for yourself. Its a real VF?XF 35+++
We cannot see 1 thing not original or keeping this note from XF. Surely-it is one of best we have seen to date. Color blast and great margins.  Just in-Time for a new home. We have a deep inventory. Just adding new high denoms with another 1133 original note-2nd finest known.
These 0s from the San Francisco district are many times rarer than the ,000's--almost 60 k's of those in census. The Track & Price census numbers only 22 for this note--the 1132L . Only 22! Its been 16 years years since this note has been available for Sale.

Imagine paper money from USA--Used as currency in our early history over 100 years ago----These notes were mostly used for Bank to Bank transactions.
These notes are like pieces of art work when one examines the obverse and reverse as it tells the interesting story of DeSoto's exploits with
the vignette and adventure of discovering the Mississippi in the early 1800's. This note is almost 200 years old.
See this note's original paper is deeply printed and solid for the grade. Most of these notes have seen improvements over the years and Restoration is seen on the back of the holder.
The supply of these notes--Fr. 1132 and 1133 (the 00) is becoming less and less and only a small handful at best a seen annually. This is a fresh note. It is a PMG graded note with comments on the reverse of a professional repair and stained. This note was a fresh discovery and not in any prior census nor ever at auction---this is a fresh and new note to the census. Sans a very subtle repair--a tiny ink spot--(most all large sized in census have been conserved and repaired)--and a slight staining on the obverse-the reverse remains poignant and with great color and shows DeSoto and a clear scene of a great part of American history in the early 1800's.
