RARE  1914 0 BLUE SEAL FRN 4-D Cleveland  #D517206A   CHOICE+  With good corners, good centering, no discoloration, fairly crisp paper, no folds, no rips, tears, stains, smudges or pinholes with great feel and eye appeal. Very lightly circulated if it was circulated at all. It's in very good condition and has been one of my own personal currencies but because of my health I have to sell. You don't normally see a lot of these 106 year old bills in such good condition. I personally feel that it grades even better than Choice+ or higher on this site and elsewhere and they are listed for thousands more but that is just my opinion, so please look, compare and judge for yourself. I have provided numerous photos for your observation. I've had it for many years never intending to sell it but times and circumstances now dictate otherwise. So, you be the judge!
